WDI Design Studios was established in San Diego in 1972.  We are a mother and daughter team that believes in making interior design simple.  We will help guide you to discover your own personal style, while staying truthful to your own taste. We specialize in window coverings in addition to working on all aspects of design: paint, furniture, carpet, accessories, window coverings, blinds, space planning or even just a small part of it.   Remember, if you get it right the first time there is no reason for change.

Our mission is to improve the environment in which our client lives in. By listening to our clients needs and desires we create a vision.  Through our library of products, fabrics, sources, and our imagination, our vision becomes a reality.  Which in return makes a happy client.  The first thing you may notice about our gallery of pictures is the variety of styles.  Our range of styles varies, depending on the type of house and the occupant’s style.  We believe that this is our strength and a benefit to our client.

This is how it works:
We provide a one-time FREE CONSULTATION to access your needs.  This consultation includes a Certified Interior Designer with design experience in window coverings, antiques, fabrics, paint, furniture design, and space planning.  No job is too small to get a professional opinion.  It will save you time and money.  From there, the designer will go back to the design studio and look through her library of products and fabrics, in addition, to scour our sources to come up with a creative design solution for your home.  The designer can either present to you at your house or at the design studio.  Please press on the tab Services for further information.
